Information AstroLeague processes

AstroLeague processes account details, profile content, uploaded images, private originals, acquisition and equipment metadata, imaging-site information, competition entries, judging records, billing identifiers when applicable, and security logs.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate accounts, host and process images, calculate eligibility, operate blind judging, administer memberships, prevent abuse, and maintain service reliability.

Location and image privacy

Exact private-site coordinates are not included in public projections. Public image derivatives are generated separately from private originals and have embedded EXIF and GPS metadata removed. Members control whether a rounded location or broad region is made public.

Service providers

AstroLeague uses Vercel for the web application, Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, Railway for image processing, Stripe for billing when enabled, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for bot protection.

Retention and your choices

Information is retained for service operation, security, competition integrity, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. You may correct editable account information, unpublish eligible images, and request access, correction, or deletion subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for security or competition integrity.
